In this edition of ‘The Week According 2 Hip Hop’ ,we explore Ye’s (formerly Kanye West) pointed podcast interview, directing critiques toward Drake and J. Cole. Gucci Mane releases a new track, "TakeDat” (No Diddy). Furthermore, veteran artists Pete Rock and Common collaborate on a fresh single, demonstrating the enduring power of established legends 30 plus years in the game. We also dive into the reported tension between Chris Brown and Quavo. Lastly, calling all producers!! We launched our Beat 4 Beat Contest in partnership with American Songwriter.
